Well, my baby still isn't sleeping very well, but my parents have been here to help so I'm getting sleep. I lost 3 pounds when I wasn't eating sugar or bread. This week, I started eating sweets and bread and guess what....yep, I gained those 3 pounds back. July 4 was especially crazy with sweets. I'm really getting sick of going to parties that have loads of different kinds of desserts. I found some recipes for sugarless deserts that I am going to try to make soon. "Sugarless" is different from "sugar free" in that no artificial sweeteners are used. I'll let you know how they turn out once I make them.
